Pool & hot tubs

Maintenance which includes, water testing, chemical additions, vacuum and cleaning, water samples to health unit every 2 weeks, dumping and filling pool & tub as required, opening and closing of pool, daily log sheets and small mechanical repairs including Re & Re motors, impellers and mechanical seal as required.

HVAC, boilers & exhaust fans

Weekly maintenance checks on all HVAC, boilers, exhaust fans, etc. includes, belt replacement or tightening, filters replacement or vacuum with detailed inspection report.

Preventative maintenance

Preventative maintenance program involving the common areas, painting, staining wood, replacing minor electrical/plumbing fixtures, repair tile areas, drywall repairs, woodwork and other similar task required by the property manager or strata council.

Snow clearing

Snow clearing on the exterior walkways, stairwells and common areas.

general cleaning

Daily cleaning of all interior and exterior common areas.
